10 x step ups (3rd block) with 7kg ball twists (right and left)
10 Exercise ball squats with 4kg medicine ball shoulder press 10 exercise ball squats
2 x 10 'assisted' chin ups 2 x 10 'assisted' arm presses
5 minutes on exercise bike to cool down
The guy doing my personal training was there again tonight (doesn't he have a home to go to?) and he chatted with me for a bit. Probably being nice cos the next time I see him he'll be trying to kill me! lol!!
